The War Eagles Air Museum, Santa Teresa, NM, will hold the Paso del Norte Aviation Hall of Fame Gala on Friday, February 27, 2026, from 6 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. at the museum. The annual event recognizes aviation figures from the border region whose work has influenced local aviation over the years. The Hall of Fame honors individuals who helped shape the area’s aviation history and left a mark on the community. Funds raised during the evening will support the museum’s education programs. These include flight scholarships, STEM initiatives, aviation career programs, youth camps, and other hands-on learning opportunities aimed at students interested in aviation and engineering fields. The evening will include dinner and a hosted bar. Attendees will also have the chance to meet local aviators, business leaders, and others involved in the aviation community. Museum officials say the gala serves both as a recognition of past achievements and as support for future educational efforts at the museum. A live and silent auction will take place as part of the program. Funds raised through the auction help maintain the museum’s historic aircraft collection and support its scholarship programs. An online portion of the auction opens February 23, allowing supporters to place bids before the event.
