Christian Kieffer, the photographer of the world famous “Warbird PinUp Girls’’ calendar and sponsor of WarbirdsNews will be exhibiting his work at the Columbia’s Garth Gallery opening with a reception this Friday from 5 to 9 p.m.Kieffer is a graduate of South East Center of Photographic Studies in Daytona Beach Florida, and worked for the Walt Disney Creative Photography department in Orlando. His series of calendars and books have set the standards for “Pin up Photography Style” and became a collectors must have.The exhibit at Garth Gallery, 22 S. Second St., Columbia, will continue through August. It’s part of “Rivertowns Fourth Friday,’’ a celebration of the arts in Columbia, Marietta and Wrightsville.
